Dr Pinar Cingiloglu: Fertility Specialist | Newlife IVF

Originally from Sydney, Pinar relocated to Brisbane for her medical training at the University of Queensland before settling in Melbourne, which she now calls home. True to her well-travelled nature, she has built her career in Obstetrics and Gynaecology across all three states, with experience at leading institutions including the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital, Westmead Hospital, Mercy Hospital for Women and the Royal Women’s Hospital.

Passionate about supporting and educating women on reproductive health, Pinar noticed that many of her patients were seeking answers about their fertility, particularly around pelvic pain, severe endometriosis and fibroids. This inspired her to deepen her knowledge and skills, leading her to complete a two-year fellowship in advanced laparoscopic surgery through the Australasian Gynaecological Endoscopy and Surgery (AGES) Society. She brings expertise in minimally invasive techniques and is especially skilled in managing conditions that affect fertility, including advanced (stage IV) endometriosis and fibroids.

Beyond the clinic, Pinar is actively involved in research and medical education. She has published peer-reviewed research and presented at conferences, and has volunteered in Fiji and the Solomon Islands, supporting communities with limited access to specialist women’s health services. These experiences have been as personally enriching as they have been meaningful, giving her a deep appreciation for the strength and resilience of the women she meets – qualities that stay with her in her everyday practice.

Pinar joined the Newlife IVF team with a genuine love for what she does and a firm belief that truly personalised care can have a profound impact on a person’s quality of life. She thrives in Newlife IVF’s culture of collaboration and continuous learning, where the goal is always the same – providing the best possible outcome for every patient.

Outside of work, Pinar is all about family and soaking up every ‘first’ with her young daughter. She enjoys travelling and exploring walking trails, usually motivated by the hunt for good coffee. She considers it a privilege to care for patients through all stages of life and is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care.
