Dr Emilie Robertson is a fertility specialist known for her warm, inclusive and compassionate approach to care.
Emilie is an experienced fertility specialist practising at Box Hill, Arnold Street and Clayton locations. As a qualified obstetrician and gynaecologist (FRANZCOG), she has more than a decade of experience in women’s health and holds her Master of Reproductive Medicine with excellence.
Emilie supports patients with all fertility concerns, including but not limited to fertility delay, male factor infertility, couples and individuals requiring donor eggs or sperm, recurrent pregnancy loss, endometriosis, polyendocrine metabolic syndrome (PMOS), fertility preservation and egg freezing. She holds a Doctor of Medicine from Flinders University and a Bachelor of Science majoring in Psychology from the University of Auckland.
Emilie has a strong commitment to evidence-based care and is actively involved in research, with a current focus on improving access to pre-implantation genetic testing (PGT). She was selected for the highly competitive Certificate of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (CREI) subspecialty qualification and is completing this.
Both her professional training and personal experience as a mother of two young children have shaped Emilie’s passion for helping others build their families. She understands that fertility treatment can bring emotional, physical and practical challenges, and places great value on listening carefully and providing care that reflects each patient’s individual circumstances.
Emilie enjoys working closely with patients throughout investigations and treatment planning, and takes a collaborative, team-based approach to care. She finds real meaning in supporting patients through periods of uncertainty, helping them find clarity and acknowledging important milestones along the way.
Outside of work, Emilie enjoys spending time with her family and her British Blue cat, Violet. She has a strong love of the arts and is an ambassador for the Australian Ballet Company, attending performances whenever she can.
